ActivSign FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Sometimes when I click on a button or a link in ActivSign, nothing happens. Why?
A:There are a couple of reasons why this could occur. The most common reason is Popup Blockers. Popup Blockers are designed to stop other instances of your browser from opening. Typically the CTRL key will circumvent the Popup Blocker utility. Another possibility along the same lines could be Spyware and/or Adware. Another possibility could be that your browser doesn't support Javascript or it is disabled. Internet Explorer 6.0 is required at this time. Javascript is also required for ActivSign.
Q: Agents and/or clients are not receiving their emails. Why?
A:Two reasons. The user(s) in question have their GetsEmails set to False. Or there email address is improperly configured. If neither of these solve the problem. Try to send an email to their address from your email client and see if they receive it. If they don't receive it, there is a communications failure somewhere down the line or you will receive a rejection email. Otherwise, open a ticket through ActivSign.
