ActivSign is a collection of web based applications designed to expedite the signing process for all involved parties.
ActivSign uses it's main components to organize and schedule appointments, allow notaries to view and print their scheduled appointments and allows your customers to create an appointment quickly and easily.
The ActivSign Agent is designed with the agent in mind. It allows the agent to access the information supplied to them online by the coordinators.
An agent only has access to the documents and relevant information applicable to the scheduled appointment.
The ActivSign Client is similar to the Agent aspect, with the exception that the client interface allow for appointment creation.
Your clients will also be able to view all of their appointments at once.
Clients also have the ability to run special reports to gather trending or usage statistics.
The ActivSign Coordinator is designed from the administrators point view.
They are able to view any or all appointments currently in the system.
The coordinator has access to managing client, agent and administrator accounts and all types of access.
Unlike some software out there, there is no limit on Agents, Clients or Administrators.
Of course, no management interface would be complete without it's own set or reporting tools.
ActivSign Connect allows agents, clients and coordinators to communicate, quickly and efficiently without needing a phone.
Connect implements security features that prevent an agent or client from communicating beyond the scope of the scheduled appointment as well.
